Honestly cannot recommend Huw highly enough. He undertook a buyer survey for us and has produced an extremely thorough, detailed and comprehensive report which details the issues identified, suggested ways of fixing them and advised time frames to prevent any further issues arising as a result. He went out of his way to get the report to us swiftly after his initial visit to the property was delayed by the estate agent issuing the wrong keys. He has been approachable and honest throughout the whole process and his work is of an incredibly high standard.
